Dominion Game Update - 2009-07-09 17:19
So, I had a little birthday money left over and couldn’t wait to play the game, so I made a little visit down to One Eyed Jacques (our local game store) and bought it. I’m so glad I did. Casey and I have played it 3 times so far and it has been really close each time.
The first game we were just getting the mechanics of how the game worked and we ended up tying. The second and third game, Casey beat me both times by one card (whoever bought that last card first would end up winning). We both really like the game for two reasons. 1) it is really easy to learn and play, and B) it is relatively quick (we can play them after the little ones go to bed and don’t have to stay up late to finish).
There is an expansion, so if you still want to buy me something, there is always Dominion: Intrigue which just adds to the first game and allows more people to play.
